Welcome to Slagthuset in Malmö! A unique meeting and event facility, only a short walk from Malmö Central Station. Beautiful brick walls, large stone arches and glazed ceilings, give a sense of space and create a charismatic setting for your event.

Our building is large and grand with a lot of character and is perfect for those looking for an extraordinary facility for their meeting, exhibition, trade fair or dinner.

Our guiding principles are flexibility and personal service. As a booker, you recieve a project manager that follows you through the entire process. Most of our facilities have flexible furnishings, which allows us to tailor our events together with our clients.

Our 17 venues and foyers, offer everything from small meeting rooms perfect for board meetings, to large venues for up to 1500 participants mingling. Many rooms are in close proximity and can be combined/opened up via large doors, to create space for even more guests.

Our large theatre with sloping tiered seating for 921 guests, is great for large gatherings and lectures.

In the middle of our building you will find the large foyer Restauranggatan & Hantverksgången of about 100 sqm , which with its beautiful brick walls and high ceilings is a given gathering point, perfect for mingling, exhibitions and large dinners.

Saluhallen is our largest room with flexible seating and with its 925 sqm it is popular for dinners, conferences and much more.

We are happy to provide food and drink during your event, offering everything from fresh coffee breaks, lunches, large banquets or dinners. You also have the option to offer your guests alcohol with their dinner.

We work with a variety of partners, in terms of everything from technology, hiring specific furniture/props, entertainment for the dinner, event companies for the entire event, flower orders, etc, etc.

Our central location, makes it easy to find nearby hotels. The closest and second largest hotel in Malmö is Comfort Hotel Malmö. But we are happy to cooperate with and recommend other hotels.
